  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days, depending on your location.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available for select items and locations. Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) for next-day delivery.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery times vary based on the destination, but it usually takes 10-14 business days. International shipments may be delayed due to customs procedures.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we strive to process and ship it as quickly as possible. All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. However, during peak shopping seasons or in cases of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Eastern Time) on business days or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. For orders below $50, a standard shipping fee will apply.

If you select expedited or next-day shipping, the shipping fee will vary based on your location and the delivery method chosen.

4. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

If you wish to have your items shipped to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each shipping address. At Lockalinet, we currently do not offer the option to ship one order to multiple addresses in a single checkout.

5. International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping to many countries. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be billed directly to the recipient by the shipping carrier.

International shipping times may vary, and customers should be aware that shipments could be subject to delays due to customs processing.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, initiate a replacement or refund. To ensure a smooth claims process, please retain all packaging and take photos of any damage to the items or packaging.

If your order is lost in transit and is not marked as delivered, we will assist in tracking the package with the shipping carrier and explore all options for resolution.

While we do everything in our power to ensure timely delivery, there are circumstances beyond our control that can result in shipping delays, such as:

  • Customs processing for international shipments

In these cases, we will provide you with updates on the status of your shipment as soon as we receive information from the carrier.
